In recent years we all faced challenges that only asked us to grow stronger, and improve together. In alignment with this, we continue to focus our business on building foundational and long-lasting relationships.
We engage business with the direction of aligning our objectives with those that work with us and around us. It is a pleasure not only for us to ensure that our partners and affiliates understand the business we do in land ownership and operation, but that they can understand and appreciate it themselves.

Riceworks has been developing across the Greater Toronto Area since 1946. This is what our company is rooted in and is the foundation of our business' starting story. We have the expertise and support to help bring any building idea and plan into reality - whether complex or fast-tracked.
REAL ESTATE + ANGEL INVESTMENT
Riceworks holds, and also continues to explore the value of adding real estate to their core structure. Not only is Riceworks involved in Canadian investment, but also foreign investment.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our Riceworks Corp team focuses on a holistic approach for each property we manage. We take the time to understand each individual properties' market & community, while strategizing towards success in that space.
LUXURY VACATION RENTALS
Our core value is based on experience for the customer and connection between them & Riceworks Corp management team. We know that enjoying every minute of your time away is important, and we are happy to be there to make your experience 10/10.
PHILANTHROPY
We see and understand how much strength and collaboration it takes to run a community - and we make it our goal each and every year to give back to those communities who are in need.

Our organization is always interested in discovering and supporting companies that are either starting their market, or opportunities that are providing Rice Invests with a fortunate return.
We are aligned with companies who are offering high value and profitable exits in the future - although, our goal is to see the business become successful and to be a part of that growth.
RICE PHILANTHROPY
One of our core contributions to the greater community in our area is out philanthropy chapter. Rice Philanthropy supports many different charitable endeavours that are seeking to help the health, vitality, and life of people in the community.
Rice Philanthropy began in 2013, and is always looking for further ways to give back. Since 2021, Rice Philanthropy has become aligned with ocean conservation and ocean giants protection and research.
